- Brush your teeth two to three times a day and intensively before sleep. Electric tooth brushes are very efficient!
- Dental floss and/or interdental brushes once a day.
- Use a mouth wash twice a day.
- Apply a fluoride gel once a week.
- Use table salt containing fluoride.
- Sweet or sour – not too frequent.
