Prophylaxis

We recommend...

  • Brush your teeth two to three times a day and intensively before sleep. Electric tooth brushes are very efficient!
  • Dental floss and/or interdental brushes once a day.
  • Use a mouth wash twice a day.
  • Apply a fluoride gel once a week. 
  • Use table salt containing fluoride.
  • Sweet or sour – not too frequent.
  • How about stop smoking?
  • Regular check-up and dental hygiene.
